(NAPSI)—Your next drive to work, family road trip or shopping run can be more comfortable for you, more fun for your passengers and safer for everyone. That’s because of all the exciting features you can find in one new vehicle, the all-new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica:

Comfort and Convenience

  • Personalization and navigation are made easier with a seven-inch, full-color driver information display enhanced by vivid and intuitive graphics.
  • The seats in the first row are ventilated. The seats in the first and second row are heated (if equipped).
  • The sliding doors and the liftgate are hands-free. They open with the swipe of your foot to make life easier.
  • The minivan’s Stow ‘n Go seating and storage system works with the press of a button. The second-row seats simply disappear into the floor.
  • Drivers can remotely lock or unlock the doors and start the vehicle from virtually anywhere in the U.S. using a smartphone or computer.

Passenger Pleasers

  • Good news for parents and children: The “Are We There Yet?” app shows the distance remaining to your destination and estimated arrival time.
  • Also transforming the passenger productivity and entertainment experience is the all-new, class-exclusive Uconnect Theater rear seat entertainment system. Passengers can watch movies, play built-in games, and connect personal devices to surf the Internet and stream content throughout the vehicle. To quickly navigate through options, riders can swipe through the touch screens or use the included Bluetooth touch-pad remote control.
  • There are two high-definition, 10-inch touch screens on the back headrests. Individual content can be displayed on each screen.
  • The minivan has both USB and HDMI ports for watching movies and charging devices. No more run-down batteries.

Safety Sense

  • Teenagers or others drive your van? Fear not. Safe driving habits can be promoted and driver distractions limited with the Chrysler KeySense programmable key fob. Using a four-digit security PIN programmed via the touch screen, an assigned key fob limits speed and audio volume and mutes the audio until front seat belts are buckled.
  • 9-1-1 and Assist Buttons connect to emergency service providers, roadside assistance dispatchers and vehicle information specialists.
  • Pacifica owners can get a text message whenever the vehicle’s alarm is triggered.
  • Finally, for a safer planet, you can get the vehicle as a hybrid, running on both gasoline and electricity.
